Helping entrepreneurs start, run, and grow their businesses gave me the cause to focus my attention as well. Combine that with my first start-up experience and being 100% focused on how we present the tools and education to the end user, combined with getting to explore and ultimately manage the AI experience ... and I found myself with my ideal role with the ideal company!
Two years before ChatGPT changed how we interact with chatbots, ZenBusiness implemented a Conversational UI (CUI) that used chat as the main interactive experience for new entrepreneurs. Powered by proprietary work flow manager and Google DialogFlow, the CUI was used as the primary interface for our mobile app.
Using data collected about each user, along with their interactions in our website, mobile app, and email campaigns, to drive the logic about which products to feature and which to relegate in order to provide the most value for the customer and maximize ZenBusiness cross-sales.
Generative AI opened the door to providing ultra-personalized experiences and truly helping small business owners meet their full potential. As the Director of AI Products, I am involved with our AI platform, multiple agents and models, and responsible for charting our path forward in the rapidly growing world of AI.
Having recently celebrated my third year with ZenBusiness, I look forward to the challenges and learnings in my future. I am currently a Director of Product with responsibilities for Cross-Sell Engagement, Retention, and all AI Products.
